Based on previous rumors, Kamen Rider Meteor will be the first Alien Kamen Rider character. His name is "Gray" from planet Mars. He is the one chosen by "Meteor" and appears in Amanogawa High School as a new transfer student. It appears that he came to warn Gentaro about the "GREAT SPACE WAR".
According to a certain source, Ryo Yoshizawa is casted as "the mysterious student" on Fourze's cast list. It is remembered that Minehiro Kinomoto was cast as
the “Mysterious Man” during the Movie Wars 2010 film, before he was
named Ryu Terui aka Kamen Rider Accel. Could he be the second rider for
Fourze, or the rumored Kamen Rider Meteor?
Utilizing the Meteor Switch, which is an unnumbered switch, on the Meteor Driver, Gray transforms into Kamen Rider Meteor. As seen in the scans on top, it seems that the Meteor Driver resembles the Birth Driver.
Kamen Rider Meteor's weapon will be the Meteor Galaxy which is attached to his right wrist. It is presume that it will boost up Meteor's power for some finishing moves. Meteor's bike on the other hand shapes like a satellite contrasting from Fourze's Massigler that shapes like a Rocket Shuttle. Meteor's bike can also be attached to PowerDizer in Launch-Pad mode. Its possible that Meteor might have an "In-Space" finishing move such as Fourze's "Space Drill Kick".

I did.. lol.. I really personally did.. XD
Kengo will mostly become the third rider. As second riders most of the time live to fight in the final battle.
