Gokaiger vs Gavan NEWS!

 Most fans are excited about the upcoming Gokaiger vs Gavan. Indeed, Gokaiger had cross beyond boundaries as to have the first ever crossover with the first Metal Hero in history. So, READ ON, for more info!

Despite its many rumors and information lerking around the vast world of the internet society, there are many possibilities that connects the plots and storyline of the movie.

Toei producer Taka-aki Utsunomiya has stated that the intention of the movie is to "go beyond the boundaries of the series and seek a truly meaningful collaboration" as to celebrate Metal Hero's 30th anniversary as well as celebrating the 35th anniversary of Super Sentai Series. Kenji Ohba (now 56 years old) who first started in the business as a suit actor will reprise his classic role as Retsu Ichijou aka Gavan. The film is scheduled to be premiered on 21st of January 2012. 

There are many rumors reported earlier on, and one of them is Gavan being a close friend to Dekamaster. Which was later confirmed in a leaflets of the 199 Super Sentai movie. More over, Gavan and Dekaranger had did a stage show where they teamed up to fight against a space criminal whom Gavan had been chasing until the case reach the ears of Dekarangers.

Despite the fact that both Gavan and Dekamaster are close friends, Dekamaster's voice actor, Tetsu Inada confirmed that Dekamaster won't appear in the movie.

Here's the plot for the movie,

Gavan is trapped in the worst prison in the universe, the Gokaigers must go and rescue him. Gavan's superior is working together with the Zangyacks, who's also responsible for Gavan thrown into prison.

In addition, there were other rumors saying that Gavan and several other Metal Heroes did join in the fight in the Sentai LegendWar. Here are the reported rumors:

• The movie starts with an opening narration that not only the 34 Super Sentai teams participated in the Legend War and fought the Zangyack armada. The 3 Space Sheriffs and the rest of the Metal Heroes participated as well. It is not sure if Hiroshi Watari will reprise his role as Den Iga/Sharivan in the movie. As for Dai Sawamura/Shaider's actor, Hiroshi Tsuburaya, he passed away years ago.
• The original 3 B-Fighters are shown fighting Gormin. For some reason B-Fighter Kabuto is fighting alongside Janperson and Gun Gibson. SolBraver and Knight Fire are working hard saving lives and helping civilians escape.
• Jealousitt, the 3 Gaiark Ministers and Shizuka of the Winds will appear in Gokaiger vs. Gavan. Their parts are only minor ones, just like the G3 Princess had in the Summer movie.
• Some guy saw them filming a scene (could be for an ep in the TV series) where Jealousitt is in a fist fight with a dead Walz Gil (has one of those triangular cloths wrapped around his head signifying him being a ghost).

Along with the reported rumors, it is said that Gavan will appear as a regular in the 36th installment of the Sentai series, the rumored bounty hunter or ghost/monster/youkai theme Tokumei Sentai Gobuster.

Another awaited moment will be the main antagonistic characters that will fought againts Gokaigers teaming up with Gavan. Introducing, Bootleg Gavan.

Various Japanese news articles for the said movie have different reports regarding the plot. From Gokaigers rescuing Gavan from the worst prison in space, Gavan arresting the Gokaigers, and even Gavan rescues Gokaigers...

The confirmed rumors will be Kenji Ohba's 2 other sentai characters will appear in the movie.
