Being one of the most attractive attraction among one of the displays during the last Tamashii Feature's Vol.3 event, S.I.C. Kamen Rider OOO figure is among the most demanded figures in Japan. Recently, the Tamashii site had announced the official released date for the figure itself, along with some extra official images of it. CHECK IT OUT!
In a recent info post in Tamashii official site, they've announced the official release date of the Figure. Based on what was given, S.I.C. Kamen Rider OOO Tatoba combo, which is the 64th installment of the S.I.C. figure line will be released in September 2012. It will cost about 6,300yen(inclusive of tax). Along with the released date information, they've also included special insights on the designer's thoughts in producing the figure.
Being one of those figures demanded by Japanese fans, Tamashii finally posted up some official images on their site and show what features they have added for the fans. Based on the post that had been posted on Tamashii site, they've explained the additional details that had been added on S.I.C. Kamen Rider OOO that make it what it is.
Based on the close image shot above, the eyes are molded to make it look like it has a fierce glance yet heroic at the same time. Basically, they beastify certain armor parts to amplify the supposing animalistic motifs in it. The people who is in charge of the prototype model for this figure try their best not to make too beastly in order to keep its heroic accent from the original design.
The accessories of the figure, such as the Medaljalibur, a miniature O-scanner, both cell and core medals are made to replicate some action features in the figure itself.
In addition, a beastly looking Tora claws and Batta legs are included to highlight the sense of biological organic parts. The idea of making these parts came from the interpretation that the core medals actually triggered the beastly powers which enable it to take on such beastly organic appearance based on the main concept of making a Super Imaginative Chogokin (S.I.C.), which is to interpret the character in a more complex way.
Mr. Kenji Ando, who consistently engage himself in designing the prototype figures for most of the heisei riders takes his advantage in most heisei Kamen Rider's mainstream motif into a whole new level, bringing us the organic beastly powers of OOO.
In addition, the post included 4 other arts for the upcoming S.I.C. OOO combo figures. They are Gatakiriba, Latoratar, Sagozo and Shauta. Check out the image below. Gatakiriba's prototype will be expected to be put on display in one of the upcoming event this year.

I love how the combos design are faithful to the original designs but they were able to incorporate the greeeds design too!!! It feels like the greed themselves turned into ooo. And tatoba's design is just way to awesome, the head of Ankh, claws of Kazari and legs of Uva. Great job for the OOO SIC!
