Kamen Rider Meteor Storm is the powered up form of Meteorm which requires the utilization of a certain switch, the Meteor Storm Switch.As Meteor Storm, Meteor is able to materialized his main weapon, the Meteor Storm Shaft from the Cosmic Energy emitting from the Meteor Storm Switch. Meteor Storm had enhanced speed and much more agile than Meteor's normal form.
