In the recent episode 45- "Awatenbo Ninja(Confused Ninja)", Ninjaman finally released from the vase that sealed him. The Gokaigers decide to give Ninjaman some trivial sentai quiz to impress Ninjaman and give them Kakuranger's great power. But among one of their sentai transformations was ZYURANGER?!
For those who had seen the raw episode and probably the subbed episode from some fast fansubbing group, you probably realized there wasn't any Zyuranger transformation footage at all used in the episode. The image was found on TV-Asahi's Gokaiger site but wasn't on Toei's Gokaiger site itself.
A large number of fans believed that the scene was actually a reference to the Power Rangers 3rd season, where the Rangers first encounter Ninjor(the PR counterpart of Ninjaman). Some even joke that it should be Kibaranger, cause Tommy of PR was already the White Ranger in season 3, after he lost his Green Ranger Powers.

The Zyuranger change in that episode had nothing with MMPR. The director of that episode actually made his directorial debut with Zyuranger and wanted to have a full Gokai Change with all six Zyurangers, since they haven't done one yet. Sadly, the scene got cut due to overshooting.
They'll most likely use it for PR Gokaiger. ^_^
