Gideon Burogu's celebrating the 2nd year of running on the internet. The first time I started posting on this blog was on the date January 20th, 2010. Last year, the blog celebrated the 1st anniversary by registering an official domain, which is exactly 5 days before the actual 1st Anniversary. The domain name, gideonburogu.com was registered on 13th of January 2011, and the domain starts to be active on the date 15th of January 2011. This somehow motivates me and had make me continue to work harder for fellow fans to bring the latest news on Gideon Burogu.
The blog originally started out as just a personal blog, where I have the urge to share a lot of stuff on the internet. But due to not owning much gadget(such as camera), and I was still very young, I never really posted until I got my phone that had a camera in 2010. It was then, I start to blog about stuff. I start to turned the blog from a personal, to a fan for fans blog news sharing site since the day I felt like I need to post something about what I like. I was being honest to the world that I am an avid tokusatsu fan, not knowing that the internet world is filled up with a large number of them.
My obsession towards Tokusatsu had lead me to Jefusion. I was actually inspired by the person who start the site. Back in those days, Jefusion was still using the domain, Jefusion.info. Back in those days, I was clueless about the existence of web forums that had a large number of fans talking about Tokusatsu, and don't know where to find the latest news from. And so, I started up taking news from Jefusion. It was later I came upon the owner of Jefusion on CStoys chat, Gekidan. It was then, our conversation had sparked me to improved the site through the years and tried my best to hunt for the latest news.
But there's one thing for sure, without the support of the current followers and readers of Gideon Burogu, this site or blog couldn't have been up for this long. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to you all for supporting the blog ever since it started. Also, I would like to thank, Mr.S, ShukuenShinobi, Ryokuya, Takeru Shotaro, Denggoy Onii-san, Winson Ng, Jonathan Yee, Derek Tan, Otoya, Gekidan, Ukiyaseed, Megamredz, Windmaster, Syafiq and KuAizad for being the first few supporters and had been supporting and inspired me ever since.
I still remember the days I started out with just a minimal blog template, and had no clue about HTML codings. But it was the best thing that I ever did, and was glad to share my knowledge on my interest about Tokusatsu, and some anime series(namely, Gundam, and Digimon) that I had been posting on.
Anyways, I have some plans on something in mind for Gideon Burogu's 2nd Year Anniversary, right now just need a little modal and sponsorship for it. Will post about it when things are finalized. Anyway, hope you'll look forward to more news on Gideon Burogu. Thank you!
