Due to S.I.C. Kamen Rider W's popularity among fans, it is reported that Joker was in line due to the demands of many S.I.C. collectors in Japan. Kamen Rider Joker was the form that our detective, Hidari Shotaro takes independently without Phillip, when Phillip was captured to activate the X-bicker in the AtoZ movie. Hidari Shotaro once again used the Lost Driver and transforms into Kamen Rider Joker during Phillip's temporary disappearance by the end of Kamen Rider W series.

S.I.C. Kamen Rider Joker will be released in July 2012. Among the accessories that are included are the usual exchangeable fists and additional effect parts to reimagined Kamen Rider Joker's 2 finishing moves, Rider Punch and Rider Kick. Bandai Premium site started open for reservations on the January 25th, 2012. It will cost about 5,250yen(inclusive of tax).
