In the next episode of Kamen Rider Fourze, our long awaited secondary rider, KAMEN RIDER METEOR will soon make his appearance, and here are deeper information, that surfaced on all Tokusatsu fanbase sites, blogs and forums! So, READ ON!
Kamen Rider Meteor is the secondary Rider/protagonist of Kamen Rider Fourze series. It is said that he actually debut at the post-credit of Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Megamax. It was revealed in Episode 16 preview that he will make his full appearance in the said episode. While Kamen Rider Fourze's motif is based on an aircraft, Kamen Rider Meteor's motif is as his name had suggested, which is of a Meteorite.
Kamen Rider Meteor's real identity is Ryusei Sakuta, who's played by Ryou Yoshizawa. Not much is currently know outside of that he's a mysterious transfer student at Amanogawa High School, who joins the same class as Gentaro. Unlike Gentaro who transforms openly into Fourze when needed, Ryusei does things in secret and kept his identity as a Kamen Rider Meteor.
Like Fourze, Kamen Rider Meteor's power also arises from the cosmic energy powered by a single unnumbered switch, which is the Meteor Switch. Utilizing the switch with the Meteor Driver, he transforms into Kamen Rider Meteor. He utilizes a weapon called the Fingerprint Authentication Brace Galaxy Meteor which is armed on his right wrist. The weapon has 3 lever-like switches which are called, the Galaxy Lever that allow Meteor to used the power of 3 different abilities that is represented by 3 different planets, namely, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.
By pushing one of the levers and scans his pointer fingerprint, he can summon one of the 3 planet and use their attributes. The Jupiter Galaxy Lever allows him to summon Planet Jupiter and use it to deliver a punch called, Jupiter Hammer. The Mars Galaxy Lever allows him to summon the hot burning Planet Mars that is use like Planet Jupiter, with additional hot burning fire punches called, Mars Breaker. Lastly, the Saturn Galaxy Lever allows him to summon Planet Saturn and used its planet's ring to act as a flying slashing halo attack called, Saturn Sorcery.
Kamen Rider Meteor has 3 variant finishing move. Starlight Shower, a high speed multiple punch attack; Meteor Tornado, a powerful high speed rotating kick; and, Meteor Strike, a powerful and strong riderkick-esque attack. Meteor can also use Fourze's switch and acquired the abilities of the switches. When Meteor utilizes the Elek Switch, it will charge Meteor's body with electrical powers.
In the above scans, Meteor will team-up with Fourze in defeating an unknown Zodiarts. Judging from the star pattern on its body, the Zodiart seems to be the Hydra Zodiart of the Hydra Constellation, which has the ability of a powerful legendary gigantic water serpent of the Greek Mythology.
Kamen Rider Meteor is a member of a group called, "Anti Zodiarts Union". Meteor owns a rider machine called, "Meteor Star" that based on a motif of a satellite. He is supported by a satellite called, "M-bus" and assisted by a mysterious being on it named Tachibana, presumably a tribute to Tobei Tachibana, acting as a confidant to the various Showa Kamen Riders and supplying them with their motorcycles and other equipment. It is unknown whether he is a robot or a man behind a mask. The
M-Bus is said to hold the energy necessary for Meteor to transform. If
Ryuusei is not exposed to this energy, he won't be able to transform.
