It is confirmed that the movie is a sequel to Ultraman Zero Movie: Belial's Revenge and Ultraman Zero will unite with 2 other Ultras, namely, Ultraman Dyna and Ultraman Cosmos. Several new characters will be introduced through out the movie.
In addition, it is confirmed that Ultraman Zero will have a new host after departing from his last host, Ran from Ultraman Zero Movie: Belial's Revenge. Ultraman Zero's new host is, Taiga Nozomu, who's a rookie member of Super Guts. He is played by DAIGO, a singer-songwriter of the band BREAKERZ. Both Takeshi Tsuruno(Shin Asuka/Dyna) & Taiyo Sugiura(Mushashi Haruno) will reprise their respective roles in the movie.

Super GUTS who is also a talented pilot. After desperately protecting a
child in danger and sustaining a serious injury, he is chosen as
Ultraman Zero, resulting in the birth of a new hero. Utilizing the Zero Brace, Taiga is able to transformed into Ultraman Zero.
It is said that Taiga will also transformed into the new Ultra hero that will be the main attraction of the movie, Ultraman Saga with the help of the SAGA Brace, which is the upgraded Zero Brace. It is not sure if Ultraman Saga is the rumored fusion formed of the 3 ultras, or just another Ultra being different from the 3 mentioned Ultramen.
