Gundam Age-2 Design Confirmed!

Previously, several fan clean-up versions of the designs of the 2nd and 3rd generation Gundam Age were posted and was speculated to be fake. Now, scans had leak to among fans that confirms the design to be true! READ ON!

The above image was the fan clean-up art piece based on the earlier shown screen caps of the leaked designs via "camshot-of-a-com-screen". It was said to be fake due to the statement of it being a fan clean-up version. In fact, the earlier leaks was the one of the actual early stage designs. Whoever leaked it to the fans must have a part in designing the characters.

After the news was leaked, some fans had waited for this very confirmation, and it was worth the wait. Here's a scan for the upcoming Gage-ing Series Gundam Age Figure, which shows the Gundam Age-2 Normal to be close to the clean-up version of the design.

The fan clean-up version is really close with very minor inaccuracy. As seen in the above scans, it seems that the character design board for this series added a few finishing touches like blue foot instead of the "almost-footless" Red foot. The chest had some yellow nozzle-like ad-ons compare to the plain blue chest that is seen in the fan clean-up version. The wings seems to stretch out a little wider.

Like its predecessor, it will have 2 other modes like Age-1's Titan Mode and Sparrow Mode. It is not sure which episode will be the turning point of the generational arc storyline. But it seems that Gundam Age is not the only one that experience generational evolution!

The 2nd Generation Genoace will be later known as Adel, with grey armors and parts resembles the first Gundam Age. It is said that the Gundam Age technology is widely used during the 2nd generational arc.

The confirmation for Gundam Age-2's design is promising and may prove that Age-3 designs seem to be true and promising as well.
