It all started when Hina found a Kangaroo core medal in the park. Upon discovering the kangaroo core, she starts to have a dream to become a Kamen Rider. Unfortunately for her, Eiji is the one that owned the OOO-driver. So, Hina challenges both Eiji and Ankh into a quiz and dance challenge. If they are able to go through with it, Eiji will be allowed to used the kangaroo core, if he looses, she'll get what she wants.
Both Eiji and Ankh accepted the challenge and decide to go through a series of quizzes(where Hina will dress up as a teacher), and bunch of dance challenges(where Hina, Eiji and Ankh will do a Kangaroo-like aerobic-ish dance).

The DVD is more a less similar to several previous Hyper Battle videos, where you will be given several choices to pick via the "what-should-you-do-next" menu. As we all know, the DVD will feature not one, but 2 exclusives combos that will appeared in the Hyper Battle video. This means that the Kangaroo core medals can be used as either an arm or legs for OOO.
Here's a set of screen shots of OOO's transformation to either Takagaruba(utilizes the Kangaroo core as the arm part) and Takatogaru(utilizes the Kangaroo core as the leg part).
The only confirmed final attack was called Champion Puncher which was the scanning charge for Takagaruba.
Anyway, there'll be an exclusive Kangaroo Core medals that came along with the Hyper Battle DVD as well as the Televi-kun magazine itself. You can only grab it exclusively with the August issue of the magazine. So, that's all. ^_^
