Barney sneaking out of nowhere, creeping into this news cause Putoterano Combo is obviously having reference from Barney, being all purple, and being all Dinosaur-esque, except OOO doesn't had a big smile nor he is cute.
Instead, OOO will be berserking when he turns into this combo

Why do I keep putting up Barney whenever I posted about Putoterano Combo news???
Let's just say, I still have the thinking that Putoterano Combo "IS" Barney... =_=
This Combo is said to be a Legendary Combo/Densetsu no Combo cause it is a forbidden combo nor it had been used by the OOO of 800 years ago. Putoterano combo is said to be the final form of OOO.
According to some source, whenever Eiji transforms into OOO Putoterano combo, he will berserk and destroys what is standing in his way. The Combo will also bring a really dire critical side effect unlike other Combo do.
Based on the scans above, OOO will destroy Kazari with this combo. OOO proof to be able to overpower the multi medal Kazari with the Putoterano Combo. So, the good news is Putoterano will be helping the gang regained their core medals collections, bad news, OOO will need an anger management sessions. Which means, OOO will seriously go roaring and raging like our Kamen Rider W Fangjoker did.
We're all clearly informed that OOO Putoterano Combo will utilized a special weapon, which is an axe known as the Medagaburyu. It had 2 modes, the Axe Mode and the Bazooka Mode.
