The spin-off is separated in 2 different stories. First focuses on the life of the newly wed couple, Terui Ryu and Narumi Akiko(now, Mrs. Terui). Second was the backstory of how Katsumi Daido founded NEVER, the most feared terrorist group, for a reason which is unexplainable and resulted to his menace in the event of Kamen Rider W Forever: AtoZ/Gaia Memories of Fate movie.
But today's main focus for this post is all about Accel!~
The movie is set after the event of Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W feat. Skull: Movie War Core where we've seen both Terui and Akiko was getting married. In this chapter of the spin-off movie, both Terui and Akiko are settling down with the new life as newly wed couple. But Terui is brought up with a case involving a woman name Aoi Katsuragi, whose father is the Commander Dopant.The Commander Dopant leads the One Dopant Army using Kamen Soldiers(I assume it's Masquarade soldiers) as foot soldiers, seeking out the Gaia Memory Enhancement Adapter to make him stronger. While Ryu is on the case, Akiko believes that he is instead cheating on her with Aoi. And as we all know, Terui will also acquire his own Gaia Memory Enhancement Adapter to become Accel Booster.
