Earlier rumors had mentioned that it'll be a group of sentai based on Pirate motives. And it turned out to be a very true rumor. The image on top is the official image of the suit design of this pirate looking sentai team, Gokaiger. Armed with traditional pirate weaponries, I'm not gonna be surprise if they got a "HOOK" for a weapon.

The core members of Kaizoku Sentai Goukaiger is said to came from a different dimension, who wonders the sea of time and space riding their mothership, called GouKaiGalleon, which transforms into this season's main robo, GouKaiOh. It is also rumored to be based on Noah's Ark and might hold all the auxiliary mechas.
Kaizoku Sentai Goukaiger's henshin device will be called Mobairets (Mobile + Pirates) and the legendary ranger figures that they'll use to transform to previous Sentai Senshis will be called RangerKeys. Primary weapons includes the GoukaiKen (sword) and GoukaiGun.
They are said to have abilities to turned into all 34 previous sentai members from their own respective colours like Decade's ability to turned into all 10 of the previous heisei riders. This sentai team will journey across dimensions and meet past sentai and villains.
