As usual, I went on a hunt in this vast world of the Internet. Shoot down a few scans and caught them to be posted up to update you guys on Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W feat. Skull Move War Core [SCAN WAVE!]
I found more than a dozen scans regarding Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W feat. Skull Move War Core.

As in Kamen Rider W's portion of the story, the W gang was in some kind of wedding ceremony of our chief, Narumi Akiko. Suddenly, a monster came attacking and saw that the mysterious monster was holding a gaia memory which is the Memory memory.
So, Phillip and Shotaro went chasing after him. Terui who is going to get married to Akiko also ran off from the wedding ceremony.
To Akiko's dismay, she went and chase after them and beat them up out of anger.

Than later, the movie leads to the W gang somehow discovering about the past of Narumi Sokucho.

So, our main attraction this time round is about our hardboiled detective, Narumi Sokuchi a.k.a Kamen Rider Skull.

As we all know, Narumi Sokuchi is Shotaro's mentor and founder of the Narumi Detective Agency, referred by Shotaro as "Boss" (おやっさん Oyassan). His ideology is to ensure the client's safety above all else. In earlier info about the back story of him in Kamen Rider W's Begins Night in Movie War 2010, Sokichi played a role in the Sonozaki Family's schemes, gaining the means to become Kamen Rider Skull.

Later, as we were alerted with the great news of Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W feat. Skull Move War Core, more backstories had been revealed and proves to be different from the earlier back story in Kamen Rider W's Begins Night in Movie War 2010.
He did not involve himself in the scheme of the Sonozaki family in order to be Skull. Instead, it was Shroud who actually gave the memory that Shroud herself developed.
We found out that Shroud intended to give him the Skull Memory in order to stop the widespread of the dopant memories scheme.
They were both childhood friends and seems to know each other very well.

Narumi Sokuchi start to use gaia memory due to the case requested by a client to investigate on a weird Spider monster that came attacking her. That client was Melissa, rumored to be Akiko's mom.

In the above scan, it seems that Melissa too have a habit of hitting somebody with a slipper(or rather a shoe) just like her daughter did.

Even though that it is a rumor about her being Akiko's mom, fans like us obviously thinks that it is no rumor, since Melissa is potrayed by the same actress and also she had the slipper and shoe hitting habit.

The case later leading to Narumi Sokuchi henshin into a phantom looking warrior known as, Skull(back than, Fuuto citizen haven't refer him as Kamen Rider like W did). In the above scan, you can see the Spider Dopant and the Spider memory.
The second dopant that involve in this case is the Bat Dopant. You can see how the bat dopant and the bat memory looks like below.

These 2 dopant leads to Skull using his other abilities that turned him into Crystal Skull. The form that makes his head turns into a crystal like material which emits power like those aztec or whatever ancient jumbo mumbo.

The above scan is a battle scene of Crystal Skull fighting the 2 dopants in the movie. It's very ironic that the first Kamen Rider in the showa era had a bat monster and a spider monster as his first enemy.

Let's have a closer look at Crystal Skull below.

Unlike his default form, Crystal Skull doesn't have a 'S' crack or scar on his head. Fans had made 2 depiction on Crystal Skull. He is either a form that is actually the incomplete power of Skull or the form which is actually an even more powerful Skull. Not sure which is true yet.

The above scan shows a very recogniseable face that had appeared in the Kamen Rider W series. He is Isamu Bito who had appeared in episode 31 of Kamen Rider W. He did mentioned in the series that he was a good friend of Narumi Sokuchi, so it is not surprising that he would appear in the movie.

After all the Narumi Sokuchi backstory, here comes Kamen Rider OOO's portion of the story.

As we all know, Eiji here met up with young man who is actually the homunculus of the mummy clad in armor, Nobunaga. Eiji will be taking care of him until later they discover his true identity.

Ankh was the first to be suspicious of him, since he never actually trust anyone(except for Eiji, due to Eiji's simple minded thoughts).

It seems that here, Nobunaga finally realise who he is. He eventually quits all the nomadic and pants lifestyle that Eiji had thought him.
In the image below, Nobunaga emits a kind of ray on a female character in the movie. I assume that this in the end leads to the creation of the female Ptera Yummy.
