Kamen Rider OOO's second rider info and rumor!

Several info's as well as a bunch of rumors on the second rider had been spreading around. So, here's a peek about it.
In the upcoming episode 9(title unknown), there'll be a hinting peek regarding the second rider.
So here's the info from our trusty(may sometimes be wrong) source:

A bunch of explosions occurs nearby Cous Coussier. All of the explosions were caused by a Yummy. Ankh saw this Yummy holding a candroid. Hina and Eiji goes searching for the Yummy. They eventually meet a man called Kiyoto Maki that's developing a system using medals.

 So, we're given clearly that the second rider would be another man-made rider system like IXA.
The second guy will be the mentioned "Kiyoto Maki". A somewhat scientist or researcher who developed his own rider system based on medal powers.
Rumored appearance is that he is armed with a gun that look similar to Medaljalibur, but shoots Medals instead(which I think would pisses Ankh off, because the medals were waisted for bullets).

  Above a large bird, the OOO driver's origin was revisoned. Exploited driver
  is progressing.

  used. Something odd, wouldn't you say?

  The scanner and such are becoming crowded. Before the arm scanner's driver
  is used by the arm during the henshin.

 
So, Toei recently hired a group of designers to designed the 2nd rider of the year.
