[Chibi-arts]Kamen Rider W:The 2 in 1 Chibi Kamen Rider.

さあ、お前の罪を数えろ! Saa, omae no tsumi o kazaero!

Here's a bunch of reviews and info on the Chibi-arts. The deformed version of the S.H.Figuarts. Though they do not have articulations like the S.H.Figuarts, but they do have something that the S.H.Figuarts don't have, their CUTENESS!~ XD
Chibi (ちび, can also be written 禿び) is a Japanese word meaning "short person" or "small child". The word has gained currency amongst fans of manga and anime. Its meaning is of someone or some animal that is small. It can be translated as "little", but is not used the same way as chiisana [小さな] (tiny, small, little in Japanese). And fans who are often too fond of cuteness is demanding for chibi-fied or super deformed versions of their favorite characters. Due to that, Bandai finally decided to release a new line of figures called the Chibi-arts. A 100 mm tall figure.
To be honest, I personally do like the adorable looking chibi-characters. As a Tokusatsu fan, I more than happy to look at those super deformed Kamen Rider Double. (≧▽≦)~かわいい!!
Here's the image of how the figure would look like at different angles.
Though being small, the figure came with several pieces like different hands and leg stands to formed different poses. The typical chibiness is very obvious with the figure's large eye proportion and small body. One thing cool about it is that the designers of these figures are really awesome, they didn't even missed the EPIC muffler of Kamen Rider W.
The figure came with 2 set of arm parts, 2 set of leg parts, and 2 different Double driver to make the signature final attack, "Joker Extreme!". They even include an effect piece to make the final attack even more realistic.
The great gimmick is the translucent effect piece that can remake the "Joker Extreme" attack. You can really make cool poses out of them! Check out the images below.
Other than the great "Joker Extreme" pose. You can also remake the pose of Kamen Rider W (Akiko version).  Which means, it's Akiko Slipper time!~ XD
As seen on the above images, the slipper has a peg that is able to attach on the holes on the arm of the Chibi-arts.

More nice poses and images of Chibi-arts Kamen W.
The cute figure will be released on late of November 2010. Will cost about 3,500yen. So, Watch out for them.
And before you leave, there's also a few images on the previous Chibi-arts, which are limited editions from the Tamashii Web Shop Exclusives. The Phillip and Shoutaro Chibi-arts.
Though being long sold off(cause they were released on last September 2010, and they're limited exclusives too), they are actually the main attraction that boost some collectors to start up this line of collections(eventually, I personally missed it ~again~ due to the bad timing of being broke). But if you really want them, you can either asked a middleman to dig it at Yahoo Auction Japan or E-bay. I guess they are still plenty around. They both cost 3,650yen(150yen more expensive than Chibi-arts Kamen Rider W).

So, that's all.
