Actually, a large portion of us had seen the human host of Ultraman Zero. According to certain info, Ultraman Zero doesn't takes a human form on his own. Instead, he merge his life energy with a human named Run(pronounced as Ran in japanese). It is still a rumor that he merges with Run unlike his father(Ultraseven) whom instead turned into the likeness of the human that he saved.
So, like previous Ultra's that merge with humans, they share a body, lives and also memories.
Check out Ze... I mean Run showing his Zero Eye to transform into Ultraman Zero.

We get to see how the Zero eye here. Compare to Ultraseven's Ultra eye, the design is much better thus having the blue color painted on it to resemble Zero's body scheme colour.
