One year had past since Phillip disappeared(or I rather said "died"), Shotaro still stays at the agency and still is a private detective. Fuuto is also rebuild after the wreckening damage.
One day, a twisted occurance fated for Shotaro. A boy named Akira who needs help finding his sister who has gone missing for three days.
As he was on the case, his loyal informant warned him about the existence of a group calling themselves the "EXE"(エグゼ Eguze) had been distributing items that are similar to Gaia memories.
On the other hand,
Wakana ran away from the hospital, what is she trying to prove? Her place as the EMPRESS or is she trying to resolves something??
"The trump card is back! Now, COUNT YOUR CRIMES!"
Shotaro was needing to ability to fight as "W", but as he opens Phillip's final and last gift for him, he had a Lostdriver for him.
A short note was left for Shotaro, and it's written by Phillip.
"Will you protect the City even when I'm gone?"
"JOKER!" The gaia memory sounded and it's time for ACTION!
Fighting and protect Fuuto once again, now fighting as Kamen Rider JOKER!
