やがて琉兵衛は、発掘現場周辺の土地を買い占め、自らの邸宅とした。
その地下に設けられた”泉”。
それこそがつまり、ガイ アメモリにとっての聖地となったのだ。
ある依頼から その地へと潜入することになった翔太郎は、
ついに琉兵衛＝テラー・ドーパントと対峙することになる。
４３話から「最終章」となるエピソードが連続展開しているが、
物語は、翔太郎、フィリップ、照井、琉兵衛、冴子、若菜、シュラウドを巻き込んで大きな渦を描 き出す。
戦いの果てにあるものとは？

Entering the final chapter, the stage returns to where it all began....
星降谷 (Literally meaning The Star Fall Valley)
This is where Sonozaki Ryubee found many valuable fossils and ancient structures, and named it such, it can said as a place of fate. Ryubee then gained all the lands near the site and built his own residence on it. And the 'fountain' built deep underground is now the holy land for Gaia Memories. Because of a certain request, Shotaro and friends enter the place and face to face with Ryubee = Terror Dopant himself.
Starting from episode 43, the Final Chapter epic begins and involves Shotaro, Philip, Terui, Ryubbe, Saeko, Wakana and Shroud and all the incidents that surround them. What's that at the end of the battle? And then...

井 坂＝ウェザー・ドーパントにガイアメモリを渡した張本人が シュラウドだと知った照井竜は、
復讐心に駆られ、シュラウドに詰め寄る。
「とてもいい目をしている。憎しみに満ちた目」
─── シュラウドの言葉に激高した照井はアクセルに変身、
シュ ラウドはボムメモリで対抗する（使うのはトリガーマグナムタ イプの専用銃！）。
照井がアクセルに選ばれた理由、シュラウドの真意・・・。
全てを知った照井の下した決断とは？

風 都博物館の学芸員を務める彼女の依頼とは、博物館の館長＝園 咲琉兵衛が無くした
”イーヴィルテイル”だという。
運命的なものを感じた翔太郎は恐る恐る敵の本拠地へと踏み込むが・・・。
イーヴィルテイルの正体とは？
そして、琉兵衛の目論む”ガイア インパクト”とは？

She works in the Futo Museum and her request is to find Ryubee's lost "Evil Tail". Shotaro stepped into the terrifying enemy's base...What is the truth of Evil Tail? And, what is the "Gaia Impact" planted by Ryubee?

風 都博物館に出向いた翔太郎と照井は、そこで園咲琉兵衛と対峙 することに。
照井に「シュラウドの操り人形くん」という侮蔑の言葉を投げ掛ける一方、翔太郎には
「今まで君は私がミュージアムの頭目と知ってもな お、その核心に触れようとしなかったのは何故か分かるかね ？」
と意味深な問いかけをする琉兵衛。
その答えに恐怖を覚えた翔太郎は・・・。
