The Movie will start with all the T2 Gaia Memories dropping from the sky and causing the citizens of Fuuto City turned into previous Dopants that W and Accel had fought!
The Story will later lead to Mary S. Cranberry involving in the investigation on the terrorist group. As for Phillip, Mary was mistaken for Shroud because Mary wore the attire that look similar to of Shroud's.

Shoutaro will stood up and stand tall as he try to solve the case in Fuuto and to know the mysteries behind the most wanted criminals, The "NEVER".
But will Phillip help Shoutaro?? Or will he be distracted to find out about Mary S. Cranberry??

Kamen Rider Eternal being very cocky and claimed himself to be the strongest Rider and King of FUUTO CITY! With all 26 of the T2 Gaia Memories in used, Eternal will deliver an overpowerful attack and finisher towards W and gang! Will W defeat Him??!
And Fuuto is occupied by previous clients that Shoutaro once help. What is their purpose to be there?? Will they be a big help for W??
There's a lot of complicated plots in this movie. But it'll turned out great for sure! And we will get to see, what actually happen to Phillip in his past life as Raito. OOO will be appearing in the movie due to some conflict he had in his side of the world. It is Rumoured that Foundation X will be related to OOO's protoganist organization. Other than that, We will See Joker in Action and Xtreme having another Powerful Xtreme attack! Hope to see that one soon!
