Remember the Post "The rider after kamen Rider W"??
Well, things is getting even more convincing that it would really be the weird 3 section rider..
The 1 with the red face is probably his default form..
He uses coins to Henshin..
He had 3 coins.
Which would be mix and match randomly to form other forms such as the green face that look like a Stagbeetle.
Another rumoured is that, he can spin his buckle around, probably to activate hissatsu.
I can't say much for now.

Actually all the pics you've just posted has been around in the net even before Kamen Rider W shows up.
I believe this is just a fan art rather then a new Kamen Rider. It is obviously too early..
And now it is true.
