The Missing Link on Kamen Rider W Begin's Night movie!

We all know that Phillip a.k.a Raito was the creator of gaia memories in the Movie taisen 2010: Begin's night movie.

But there's a bunch of mysteries unsolve for us fans!

THE SECRET OF PHILLIP is NOT STATED ON THE MOVIE!!!

As for those who had seen this movie,

We all see that his an emotionless guy who only work to create more dopant memories for the Museum Organization buillding deserted on an unknown Island. Later was rescued by Soukuchi and Shoutaro but Soukuchi died when one of the thugs shot him.

In the movie, Phillip learned a valueable lesson when he encounter Soukuchi in the Gaia library.

BUT!

We're still clueless of his relationship with the Sonozaki or the Museum organization.

And why did he lost his memories and on.

OK! I got this from a toku forum.

I'm still clueless whether it's true or not.

But they have a copy of the japanese description, which may seems true.

 シュラウド＝母ちゃんと考えて
来人、ガイアメモリが原因で死ぬ。母ちゃんも重傷を負う
→母ちゃん、ガイアメモリ製造が嫌になり園咲家離れてシュラウド化
→父ちゃん、来人が死んだ事を受け入れられず地球の記憶使ってクローンのような代わりを作る(この時に家族の記憶も与える)
→来人がメモリ製造を拒否する(母親がいなくなった理由がガイアメモリとかで)
→父ちゃん(冴子の独断かもしれんけど)、メモリ製造をやめる事はしたくないので家族の記憶が邪魔と判断し、家族の記憶を消す
→シュラウド、クローンだとしても来人が製造に利用されてる事を知り、荘吉に救出を依頼
こんな展開の可能性もあるかな、と…いや、ないか

The translated version(hope I'm correct): 

Sonozaki Raijin is dead due to a Gaia Memory side effect

His mother was sad and hated Gaia Memory so she ran away from Sonozaki Family and become SHROUD

Because of Raijin death, The father Sonozaki Ryubee cloned Rajin using earth's memory.

Shourd knows that the cloned Raijin don't want to make memory but he was forced to do so.

Therefore, Shroud and Sokichi Narumi planned to save him(Philip).

So the movie reveals the part where Sokichi went to the tower with Shotaro and saved him.

I have a little explanation to do, Raijin is the original copy of Phillip(which means Phillip is a clone).

and Phillip was clone with the earth's memory(the pit thingy that glow when W turned into Xtreme) which explains why Phillip is(probably) the only one who can enter the Gaia Library.

There's still unexplainable part like,

how he gained to hate the Fang Memory??

Why Soukuchi was related to the creation of Gaia Memories??

How did the sonozaki family knew Natsumi's Oji-san??

And how did on earth Natsumi's Oji-san got the Shinigami memory stuck on him??

And Did Natsumi came from the same world as W??
