But, he's kinda liveable as a rider..^^
As we all know, Diend never had a complete form back in Decade Series.
Well, it surprises me that he does.(another secondary rider to have an Ultimate form)
It seems like he's also chased after by a time police a.k.a the New rider a.k.a Kamen Rider G Den-O.

The final film is Episode Yellow: Di End Pirate's Treasure (EPISODE YELLOW お宝DEエンド・パイレーツ Episōdo Ierō Otakara DE Endo Pairētsu). It is to be released on June 19; advertising for the film currently focuses on the cyan-colored Kamen Rider Diend who only has minor yellow accents on his suit and a yellow Diend Kamen Ride card. The story features Daiki Kaitoh traveling to the World of Den-O again and his involvement in the theft of the DenLiner and Rider Pass, the result of being possessed by a mysterious Imagin, previously announced on the blog of Kimito Totani who reprises his role as Daiki Kaitoh from Kamen Rider Decade for the film. Reiji Kurosaki who is the brand new police-themed Kamen Rider G Den-O makes his appearance in the trilogy portrayed by Yūta Furukawa. G Den-O uses the captured artificial Imagin Eve (イブ Ibu) in order to transform. Kamen Rider Diend's Complete Form will also be seen in the film. It is to be in theaters starting June 19, 2010.
So, ya.. Diend got possesed by some mysterious Imajin and butts into Den-O world, got chased by our new rider in the movie a.k.a Kamen Rider G Den-O(a time police).

Well, he do somehow remind me of Decade's complete form(as he is the secondary rider of the series)
