The Weather dopant appears!! And Accel is raging about it!!XD

And so, with this scan, all of us can have a better look at the Weather dopant..
He's some sort of high ranking dopant(duo to it's ability and power)..
He somehow did remind of Faiz's Kaijin(the orphenochs) cuz he's as white as them...
Well, we will also get to know Terui Ryu(Accel) from this part of the episode...
and, I've also add the video I've got from Rgreg's youtube channel, and it was my first glance at weather dopant(even if it's somehow not clear)...
Somehow, I do think that this weather dopant can be the problem that leads to the upcoming rumor of Kamen Rider W's new form (the cyclone joker extreme) and Accel's Trial form..
And it's comfirm they'll be appearing in about the 28th or 29th episode(if I'm not mistaken)..
